They had a smart TV in the room and there was a bar , serving a small selection of alcohol at very reasonable prices they did a nice breakfast menu and it was close to all amenities and the beach was across the road 😁 there was plenty of tea and coffee , biscuits and free water .lots of cupboard space

Everything was exceptional a lot of attention to detail.

Right on the waterfront with easy walk to train and bus connections. Excellent full breakfast for a snip at £3 if booked with the room. Very pleasant and attractive, surrounded by shops and restaurants. The staff couldn't have been more helpful.
Close to the beach and local footpaths. Lovely Cove House Inn pub in very close proximity serving extremely good food and friendly staff.
Dogs allowed on the beach all year round.
Footpaths and walkways to local amenities. No.1 bus straight into Weymouth town.
Castletown is at the bottom of the very steep hill on Portland, so not for the faint hearted, but for walkers and dog walking it is great. But there is always the local bus every 12 minutes.

An excellent location by the sea. Chesil beach never fails to please :) And you can have some lovely walks too. There are lots of very good takeaway options too at reasonable prices, making it an easy holiday.
