The George Hotel, Dereham, hotel in Brisley

Situated in East Dereham, 31 km from Blickling Hall, The George Hotel, Dereham features accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a restaurant and a bar.

The Four Poster bed was great, but it was a bit off putting as right next to it were a set of bunk beds, so not as cosy as we thought. Other than that it was great. The staff were great and helpful and the breakfast was superb and great value!

Brilliant pub with everything you would want like the open fire, comfy seating, classy bar and lots of dogs. The kitchen serve a delicious breakfast and dinner. The evening menu was especially good, although note that options are mostly meat or fish. The garden areas are wonderfully kept. We sat and had a drink as the sun went down.
