The room was beautiful and well presented made even better by the stunning sea view! The attention to detail made a big difference - decor, quirky radio, coffee machine, beautiful bed linen and comfy bed. The breakfast and evening meal was delicious. The Team were professional, friendly, welcoming and helpful. We were even able to join in the quiz in the bar - great fun!

The owner was very kind and responded to our request right away. He arranged rooms close to the rest of my family's room, which was considerate.
The location of the hotel is great. It is a bit away from the busy town, which was good for me, making the hotel quiet. The beds were all comfortable.
I had got tired of eating English breakfast at the time due to the long journey. So I was glad to have fresh fruit the hotel offered. Self catering breakfast really worked for our family because we didn't need to rush to the restaurant in the morning.
In general, this hotel is for people who want to be in a quiet place to rest and privacy.

I would absolutely recommend to anyone. Excellent stay and hosting.
The property was very clean, had everything you needed, kitchen is superbly equipped, free parking available on the front, very good wi-fi and quiet neighborough.
Ideal location within easy driving distance: Penzance promenade 20 mins walk or 5 mins drive, St Michael’s Mount 8 mins, Lands End, Minack Theatre, St Ives - are about 20 mins drive away.
Local shop in short walk distance.
We loved our stay! Nicola and Ian are amazing, very friendly and helpful. We will always be grateful to have such a caring host.
