The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is ideal for visiting York and the surrounding areas. The room was ideal for the purpose of my visit. Breakfast was good and plenty of options. Bar was good and cheaper than the bars near the hotel.

Location worked well for us- a short walk in to York. Super friendly Ian on reception- he gave us such a wonderful welcome and so helpful, what a gem. Room was good size and well equipped. Nice touch with the kit-kats and York information book 👍 - parking needs pre booking.
