Parking - although spaces quite tight it was right outside and free
Easy to access - key code for accessing the guesthouse and the room sent in advance. Added bonus was the games room/kitchen - o didn’t need them but good for teenagers or longer stays

Great location, picturesque even in the rain, ground floor room, lovely food, very pet friendly.
