The beds are very comfortable and give a good nights sleep. The room was easily accessible for a disability, and the bathroom was big and very clean. The room was of a very good size and very pleasantly decorated. Good facilities in the room, kettle and tea making facilities which is always appreciated. The breakfasts are always of a good quality.
Overall the standards of cleanliness are always very good and all the bedding is pristine.

Excellent historic property in a great location, the Lords and lady's rooms were excellent. Great friendly host and lovely breakfast. We were there for business, but it would be great for an explore of the area and the beautiful local villages.

We stayed at Allington, as we were competing at arena UK, just a 5 min drive away.
It was fantastic, easy to come and go in the morning, lovely breakfasts, tea/coffee in the rooms, pleanty of hot water and fresh towels.
Leo was on hand at any time and was extremely helpful and went out of his way to make sure our stay was enjoyable.
I would fully recomment.
Just returned from a one night stay at Allington Manor. We stayed in the Lords room which was beautiful. The bed was one of the most comfortable we have slept in. The free standing bath was great. Breakfast was lovely and our host was very attentive and welcoming. The Manor is fantastic and well maintained with lots of period furniture. The local pub the Wellby Arms is a stones throw away from the manor and is a friendly pub. We would definitely return to Allington Manor 10 out of 10
Beautiful Jacobean manor house, and historic surroundings in the quaint village of Allington! Room was gorgeous with antique furniture and double ended bath in bedroom! Breakfast was exceptional and the owner couldn’t have been more helpful! Lovely stay, would go back in a heartbeat!
We absolutely loved the barn. The facilities were amazing. Great location for a wedding at allington manor (and being next door to the pub). Would happily stay for a week next time. Great if you were going away with another couple then you have the full place to yourselves!
We visited Allington Manor for our honeymoon and it was amazing we were made to feel very welcome by the owners even the cats joined us in the beautiful garden.
We had breakfast every morning and couldn't fault it it was cooked to perfection.
The building was stunning
Breakfast was excellent. All cooked fresh and to order. So much better than bigger hotel chains buffet style help yourself affair.
Beautifully appointed spacious bedroom, very much in keeping with the building itself.
Perfectly located off the A1.
The room was gorgeous and breakfast was exceptional. It is a spectacular hotel and I highly recommend it. It is located in a quiet village with really pretty pub just 2 mins walk away. Food in the pub was one of the best I had in Britain too.
Allington Manor is a beautiful building in a lovely, quiet village. The staff are always helpful and friendly. The breakfast was brilliant and really set us up for the day.
