Roberto and his team were exceptionally friendly welcoming and were eager to make our stay enjoyable. We opted to have dinner at the restaurant- it is in a room overlooking the creek and mountain's. Roberto explained the day’s menu choices to us and the dishes we selected were delicious - simple but fresh and homemade. We also opted to have breakfast at the restaurant - a cold continental breakfast - croissants,bread with local honey,homemade jam, cereal,fruit, fruit juice and tea or coffee.
All the staff were friendly and had some English language skills They tried to answer any questions we had despite our very limited understanding of French

Fully equipped flat and very comfortable to stay. Good location and easy to explore Saorge from here. Landlord was attentive to details and left snacks and postcards to us.
It is what it is a very local feeling village. Old town is charming & very clean. Set in the heart of spellbinding mountain scenery with super walks for all ages. There are enough shops for self catering and a variety of average to good restaurants.
Mr. Pierre's apartment was a great stay in Tende. The apartment had a beautiful view and accommodations were comfortable.
Tende is a beautiful town with a ton of great hiking which offered a relaxing stay for us.
At times it was a bit difficult for us to communicate with Mr. Pierre's associates due to the fact that I don't speak French, but Google translate alleviated most of those issues.
