It's a wonderful confortable Apartement. It's really in the heart of Breil sur Roya and you can really enjoy the beautiful small village
This is a tiny little roadside village. In many ways much nicer than Tende itself, which has a rather grubby feel to it. But St Dalmas doesn’t offer much in the way of support to hikers - you’ll need to go to Tende for that. And nor does it have enough (that we found at least) to offer you a stay exclusively there. Better off in La Brigue perhaps where you can still easily access the Mercantour but you are in a larger village with a nice river and some village squares to sit and eat dinner in. It depends what you’re looking for of course and we had a perfectly pleasant time there but we mostly used it as a base to go elsewhere.

Very nice hotel with big spotless rooms on the way to Col di Tenda
Staff is very friendly and helpful, big parking is available.
We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant, there was a fixed menu and it was very good!
There is also a big garden where everybody can relax and drink!
A wonderful location for visiting three villages with multiple walking trails in between! Both bus and train service also available near hotel. A great place to stay in winter, as restaurant offered demi-pension. Very quiet for sleeping, and staff were very helpful.
My stay was double booked, and the hotel was full. The staff did everything possible and gave me a spare room for their personnel. Very basic, no sanitair, loo and fouche outside (with other personnel), but i could sleep and at no costs ( for the. Inconvenience)….
A very charming hotel in the mountains, comfortable beds and big rooms. The furniture is old, but it fits the style! The breakfast is very good, and the prepared dinner is excellent! Very friendly staff. Would stay here again!
We stayed here after our hike in Mercantour Park in order to catch the train. The hotel is steps from the train station. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet and the staff friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast on the patio.
