Staff refused to serve me any food in restaurant as I hadn't booked food when I booked the room they said it was hotel rules but they suggested deliveroo !!! Really what a daft rule.i got a taxi who brought me to another hotel and they had no problem feeding me and taking my money, wake up ibis you have staff a kitchen and I presume some food so don't let your guests give money to other hotels ?????
