This is a delightfully peaceful place to stay in spacious, attractive grounds. Our room was beautifully furnished and stylish with stunning bathroom. There are great facilities including a lovely swimming pool and covered outdoor dining area. Everything is immaculately clean. Camille, who runs the place with real flair and attention to detail, is a marvellously welcoming host. She served us a delicious evening meal of local charcuteries and cheese - accompanied by an excellent Sauvignon blanc - perfect after a long journey on a warm day. Breakfast was very good, too and we left very reluctantly, wishing we could stay longer. We can’t recommend La Limetiere highly enough. Thank you, Camille, for everything you did to make our stay so special.

Staying at Chateau d'Hodebert was one of my favorite vacations ever - it completely exceeded our expectations. We felt like royalty, surrounded by the beauty of the chateau's furnishings and carefully selected antiques, and also on the peaceful, beautiful grounds of the chateau. Each morning, the host presented us with the most beautiful breakfast we'd ever seen - delicious organic foods, many straight from their own farm/orchards. We can't recommend this special place enough. It's a getaway we'll never forget, thanks to the thought and care put into it by the generous hosts.
