The breakfast was very French with a few nice touches, such as home made compôte, farm fresh milk and home made apple juice. The hotel was spotlessly clean and comfortable and the staff were absolutely wonderful. My cousin had the room next to mine and we both agreed how relaxed we felt. We were in St Amand les Eaux for a family wedding so it was an ideal location for being picked up and dropped off. We both like to walk so we were very pleased at how easy it was to walk into town or along the river.
I’ve been coming to St Amand since 1986 as my husband was born there. Good to have a quality hotel as for a while, there was very little. This hotel has clean, comfortable rooms, spacious bathroom. Quiet. Great views across the surrounding countryside. lots of other facilities on site to choose from. good to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room.
Better than average hotel for the money, spacious room, very comfortable bed, everything was clean, even an English news channel on the TV in bedroom, breakfast was very good. Free parking in hotel carpark. No evening meal but a very good restaurant 2 minute walk opposite the hotel. Staff friendly and helpful.
Open space with lots of garden and space for the kids to play. Our room was actually a 2-floor small cabin so we enjoy a private place and a quiet environment. There is a nice hiking route next to the hotel that can be walk with a stroller.
The rooms are very comfortable and the furnitures are are in high quality. The hotel is near to the highway and to the city. It is one of the very good hotels in the region
