Very helpful staff who spoke very good English and were extremely polite. The bedrooms were spotlessly clean, good sized and the beds were comfy. The shower worked well and the bathroom had a recently refurbished look to it.
I will be returning to Tournon Sur Rhone in the near future and will definitely stay here again. oh and the onsite carpark was safe and secure!

The location was perfect for the stopover on our journey to the south. I spent a long time looking for somewhere appropriate for myself my boss and the dog. I have to say all 3 of us were delighted. The location was perfect and the welcome was warm. The hotel is tastefully decorated and all the staff were very efficient and friendly. The food is fabulous the gardens beautiful we will definitely stay again.
Wifi was better in the common areas than in the room. I skipped breakfast and dinner in favor of local spots near by, as being in the hotel is not my idea of seeing the local region which I enjoy. The cocktail I had was well made, but over priced, knowing full well what a bottle of Frenet sells for in Europe. But it was good.
