It was easy to access the building and the apartments. The wifi code was right on the door and it worked great. The apartment was clean (except the sofa cover), spaceous, and well equiped. We were very pleased with it. The beds, even the sofa were comfy.
We had two apartments, one facing the street the other right across, facing the garden. Both were quiet in the evening, there was no significant traffic.
There is a SPAR nearby (Avenue Jean Moulin), many shops were called Cyrano sg. around it. There was a small market in the parking lot there on Wednesday morning with fresh produce: fruits, veggies, cheese, meat, etc. It was really nice.

Very much like a US motel - doors facing out onto the pathway - decent shower and beds and very cheap - you get what you paid for - quiet location = good night's sleep
This is our second time staying at this hotel and we will continue going there during our trips from Spain up to Central and Northern Europe. It's absolutely perfect for a nice stop over to break the journey. Handy to supermarkets and cheap petrol station, yet quiet and close to the motorway.
Very comfortable room for the price, very happy traveller recommends to other travellers looking for a value for money stop over with free safe parking.
Very well organised. We arrived after midnight but got the codes to get into the compound and pick up our room key. The room was much more than we expected at this price level, very clean, very good beds and with a nice bathroom. The breakfast was also very nice, even with fresh oranges to press. Very friendly staff. I surely would recommend this hotel if you need a stopover on your way South.
We chose this hotel as a transit hotel for one night. The door to our room did not open for technical reasons and we were placed in a room for people with disabilities. The room is small, the bed is large and comfortable, the towels and bed linen are clean. There is no closet for things. I do not recommend it for long stays.
Very clean room and the location is good! One week before we stayed at this hotel, We stayed at B&B hotel in Vannes and it was excellent in every way that's why we chose B&B hotel again, but this time was very disappointed!
