All staff very friendly and reception excellent. Location for visiting Normandy everything we required. Breakfast good. Bed very comfortable. Plenty of hot water for bath and shower, Port en Bessin- Huppain very close, lovely small fish restaurants. Pool looked great but a bit cold for us in April.

The accommodation is freshly renovated and is the garden is beautifully maintained. The hosts were great and no matter the request they were only to happy to help. A stunning location and value for money.

Great location for seeing all of the DDay beaches. Just 5 miles from Bayeux which is a must to visit.
There are lots of cycle routes, walks, and bunkers to see in Longues-sur-Mer itself.
There is one local shop for essentials but for a full shop you will need a car.
We visited at the end of August and it was very quiet so there was no problem finding places to park (all free!) and eat. Obviously visiting around June 6th would be like a different world but I'm sure the atmosphere and sense of occasion is worth it.
