Our family suite was great. When it turned out that there were no restaurants open in Lancieux that evening, some of us walked to the nearest supermarket and bought food to prepare in the kitchenette in the family room.

Fabulous location - reasonably priced drinks and food - the formal restaurant is particularly good - dinner terrific !
Breakfast is somewhat expensive in my opinion, so we breakfasted at our favourite cafe / bar ten minutes walk down the road in St. Enogat.
Staff exceptional especially the Welsh guy on reception !

It is a good base for exploring as it is very close to many interesting places such as Dinard, Dinan & St Malo.
Although it is small, there are several beaches and there are also a few eating places both in Lancieux itself and St Briac which is close by.

Lancieux is an unpretentious seaside town with a choice of lovely beaches to spend the day. St Briac is very close too. There’s a boulangerie and boucherie-epiciere plus several restaurants. There is any amazing tidal range and the views at low tide are stunning.
