Room en services were good. Parking was good but very difficult to get in and out due to very tight alleys. You see a lot of damage on pillars by people that ran into them with their car. We had to get out of the car to help manouvring.

Cancelled on arrival with no explanation and would not answer calls. Left in Paris late at night with nowhere to stay as Booking.com agent did not ring back and rearrange accommodation. Could not get through to anyone. Disgusting and ruined our trip as had to spend our Budget for spending on extra accommodation. Still not had any contact from Booking.com to follow up.

The hotel is very well-located. It is close to the metro station, the district was not full with tourists which I appreciated. The reception let me store my suitcase there before the check-in without any fees.

It was comfortable and there were plenty of shops, restaurants and bars close by. Unless you have a car I recommend buying a Navigo Card which enables you to use the train and bus to get around Paris and suburbs including Disneyland. The train station and bus stops were within walking distance.
On Saturday's there is a huge market right outside the hotel, stretching for a kilometre, selling anything from vegetables, various meats and seafood, bric-a-brac, clothing and shoes.

This is a lovely area, and a pleasant surprise. The hotel is no really a no frills type of place. However, the manager was very helpful and gave us a kettle and hairdryer when we asked for them.
It lacks Parisian charm, but I would definitely stay there again, should I need to be in the east of Paris.

the place was damp and smelly. Things were broken and the walls were dirty. The towels were old and I couldn't use them.
I booked for 2 evenings, but only stayed the one. I would like a refund on the evening that I didn't stay

Room is a very nice idea and private parking was very helpful. Hotel also gave us one night free parking as a gift 😍 it's about 10 min walking to the metro station but there is also a bus station near the Hotel so it's not a big deal to reach Paris city center and it worth the price.
For EV drivers: Six EV Charging station (Slow charge) right in front the hotel 🙃
Rooms are nicely decorated, practicaly furnished, I loved the floor tiles in the bathroom. Breakfasts were great, location is safe and not far from the RER station, 15minutes to the Paris citycenter by Train. Around the corner is supermarket, which safed us before We went to the Disneyland with kids. I can definitely recommend this hotel.
The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the hotel was very clean and seemed well run.
Our bedroom was comfortable and quiet, opening onto the garden. They provided us with a kettle, extra pillows and a hair dryer.
The hotel is in a quiet street but close to shops and restaurants.
We enjoyed being there and will go back.
The staff is really outstanding and always ready to help. We Would like to thank Nadia at housekeeping who went out of her way to make our trip pleasant and satisfy our needs. The staff at reception were very professional and gave good advices. It is a shame that the top management of the hotel isn't as good as the staff.
Perfect location. Only 10 minutes walking from RER train station and 15 minutes from Paris centre by train. Breakfast was not included but there were at least 2 delicious French bakery shops near the hotel!!! Very clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. Children also enjoyed gym area!
It was a clean room, not too small, not too big. Daily cleaning was given. Kitchen was available in the room. Amenities and towels were okay. Private parking was available. Laundry room was also there which was awesome. There was a supermarket just behind the hotel.
Design is very nice as pictured. Everything is new and clean. A washer and dryer is available. Location is very good with lots of shops and restaurants and the hotel is one bus stop away from the train that goes straight to the Paris center.
This hotel is decent but it was pricey...The rugby world cup may have helped to inflate the price. It was ok for what I wanted and the staff were ok, but I wouldn't necessarily return at that rack rate.
