Gîte du Moulin is placed in the picturesque town of Ingersheim. We were welcomed by Catherine very warmly and got a thorough explanation of the facilities and the whereabouts of the appartement although we arrived at 21:30 h. The apartment is sotuated right above a small river as it used to be a mill indeed. It makes a lovely background. There were plenty of towels, a kids bed was put up for our youngest child. We even had cocoa and coffee for the machine provided by Catherine. Everything was very comfy, spacious and clean. Very good value for money! Quite a shame to use it for only one night.
We made a beautiful walk along the river and came across a well equipped playground and fitness parcour.
Situated just 4.8 km from House of the Heads, Gîte côté jardin provides accommodation in Ingersheim with access to a garden, barbecue facilities, as well as bicycle parking.

The room was clean and the hotel os well located. Near the city center with a big parking lot to park the car.
The room was small but but for the price is a good hotel for staying one or two nights to discover the city or when you are on your way to other place.

We staid for the third time in this hotel but it’s going to be our last. Even though we had mentioned that we are coming with child we got very small room this time ( end of terrace). Once you open sofa bed for a child you can’t access the terrace. Bed room was also very small. Pool is very small and crowded most of the time so didn’t use.
Would say place is very good for families with small children ( fully fenced) but for us with bigger child we would prefer more comfort
The hotel is sort of a gathering of terraced houses and looks very cozy . The apartment had a bedroom and the size of the apartment was good. Some of the furniture was not fitting for example the bed needed to be slightly in an angle otherwise it was not possible to open the door. The hotel is quite far away from everything so some kind of transportation like a car is needed. With a car it is a great spot to start day trips and then enjoy the pool in the evening.
Staff were nice, breakfast was great value and good. Location is v convenient for travelling south and much better than staying in a usual motorway hotel. Environment is green and calm. Liked the playground too and charge point for electric cars.

The rooms are very nice and comfortable. It is very family friendly and also has a playground and swimming pool. I will book this hotel again when going to Alsace and traveling the wine street.
A good location to explore Alsace. It is a typical large modern French vacation residence. If you don't want to use the hotel restaurant there is an excellent taverna within walking distance in Ingersheim centre
We loved having a kitchenette and a separate bedroom. Having a small pool was also ideal as we were travelling with our five year old. The hotel also had a small trampoline and outdoor play area.
