The room and the structure itself were very clean and nicely decorated. We loved the colors and the choice of furniture.
The terrace was a very nice area too. We had a couple of dinners there.
The location is ok, be mindful that you need to walk a bit to reach the first metro.

I really like the design of the apartment. We were family of 7 (with 2 kids) and it was very convenient that each room has their own bathrooms. Kitchen was also fully equipped and had everything we needed. Train station is walking distance and has good connection to Paris centre.

It was nice experience, there was some steps that I had to follow in order to reach the room but the instruction was clear so it's easy. The location is really close with the station. The owner is reachable for any questions.

The place and the host are awful. Please do not waste your money on them. I'm sure you can get better apartments than this.
The light went out in our apartment for 12 hours, and the room was freezing. I kept calling the host, and they ignored us until the morning, even after seeing all the messages.
They promised to give us a refund, which they never did.
The apartment also had a very sus door that led downstairs to the cellar, which was extremely creepy, especially with no electricity.

The location is not right in the middle of Paris, but it is...
The location is not right in the middle of Paris, but it is connected well by RER which take about 20 minutes to reach Notre Dame. Another 15 mins from there and we can reach Eiffel. So, not bad a location. And RER is better than the crowded metro, so, I think Gentilly is the next better location to central Paris.

The city of gentilly is close to center.
The city of gentilly is close to center. But be careful of the location of the accommodation as it could be tricky. I was just opposite the university campus (cité universitaire) and was so easy to catch RER B with Paris rate to travel. Otherwise you will need to pay extra

Overall the hostel is clean and comfortable, the only thing I had a problem with was ventilation in the cabin room and that was it.
Location was perfect for me because friend i was visiting was living close by, but when you’re booking consider that it is a bit outside the city (public transport is available of course)
