Excellent place and host very helpful. Parking is secure in the basement. The place is quite spacious and although im.not familiar with Paris it was fairly quite.

Excellent location for us plus Monoprix, bakeries, restaurants all very nearby and reasonably priced. Easy to get to from Gare du Nord via RER and also metro 1 from Chateau de Vincennes - walk or bus to access. Flat very well equipped with small kitchen and washing machine. Quiet building and traffic outside ceases at night!
The AC unit in my room did not work. I let the front desk know and they said they would have it looked at, but it was never fixed during our stay in June. We opened the window to cool the room down and get fresh air.
The area around the hotel is run down. It looked like an old business district that was hit with hard times. However, the train station is right across the street (very convenient) and there is a shopping mall next door with access to Auchan, similar to a Walmart with a full grocery store.
The hotel charged me for breakfasts that were charged to my room. We never ate there and it took a few emails, after I returned home, to get this charge refunded to my credit card.

The apartment is located in a quiet area "Fontenay-sous-Bois", near you can find funprix supermarket (in the building with "Le Kosmos") and small shop near the entrance to apartment which works in later hours. You can park free at the "Bowling de la Matène", but be aware that it is closed at night when bowling center is closed, so you should park somewhere else if you plan to drive in early morning.
It was very clean. The room was clean, the bathroom was super clean, it is a 3 star hotel. The room looks cute, everything looks new and I even had a small kitchen in my room 😊. The kitchen had a sink, silverware, a mini fridge, a small stove, some pans and noodle drainer, and a microwave. Perfect!
The bathroom was great, it had an amazing shower and enough space.
Large clean room and modern hotel. Sparkling water available on floor of hotel. Close to train station which is ideal if you want to stay somewhere affordable whilst going to Disneyland.
The breakfast was great and the rooms were clean. The staff is kind. The hotel is really close to the RER and you can take the direct train to both city center and Disneyland.
