I was really excited to spend night in this pretty studio! I had a strong feeling if I've just come to my friend's place! Studio is situated comfortably, near the bus stop, and not far from the RER. There are a lot of shops around. I've found it easy, just using Google maps. You can find all necessary things for being in Paris with comfort! And owner is, amazing, he's a very kind man. So I want just add that the price is really pleasant and there is a super atmosphere of France in this suburb(if I'm not mistaken) and this lovely accommodation!

The AC unit in my room did not work. I let the front desk know and they said they would have it looked at, but it was never fixed during our stay in June. We opened the window to cool the room down and get fresh air.
The area around the hotel is run down. It looked like an old business district that was hit with hard times. However, the train station is right across the street (very convenient) and there is a shopping mall next door with access to Auchan, similar to a Walmart with a full grocery store.
The hotel charged me for breakfasts that were charged to my room. We never ate there and it took a few emails, after I returned home, to get this charge refunded to my credit card.

I liked the staff very much especially the girl with glasses at reception desk and the girl at restaurant who takes the plate’s away.
The mattress was good, the free coffee on the lobby was so welcoming, and especially the small heating was everything to me because I had to walk on rain so I was hugging the heating all the time hahah. Check in and check out was so fast and I loved that.
I would like to visit again this Hotel
The staff were extremely friendly, the rooms are exceptionally well appointed. It is better than the 4star Citadines we last stayed in in Paris! It feels and runs like a boutique hotel. Would highly reccomend to guests, links to Val de Fontenay RER station very easy.
Very convenient location for Disney Land Paris as Hotel is next to Metro Station. Iron Room available on Floor is a good add-on. Shopping Mall & Supermarket near by.
