Everything really. The host, Patrick, is extremely helpful, he took the time on arrival to explain about Angers, where to go as well as the tram service (a tram stop is 5 minutes walk from the B&B). To be honest the tram is the best way to travel to the centre as one has to pay for most of the parking. I would recommend to buy the tram ticket at the machine where one journey costs 1.60€; if you want to use contactless on the tram one journey will be charged at 2€. Buying 10 journeys is cheaper and recommended if you intend to go to town often.
The place is very restful. We stayed in La Longère room which is on the ground floor. Very well equipped with a fridge, kettle and some kitchen utensils. One is near the centre of town but in the middle of a calm oasis. The Breakfast is continental but on request you can have a fried egg (free range from their own hens).

I was made very welcome. The facilities were modest, as expected. I had cycled 120 miles from St Malo to get there that day and the modest sounding cold platter laid out for me was filling, & fantastic in every way.
