Location was brilliant. Staff in reception didn't speak very good English but were very helpful. Staff in the breakfast room were friendly and the breakfast was great

This is our second stay at this hotel, and glad to have chosen it for a second time. Staff at the front desk, restaurant & bar are absolutely amazing and helpful. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Rooms are large and clean.

Good that it had beds for 3 double plus one single
Just the friendliest family run business offering a very comfortable stay in Lille, with plenty of excellent quality local independent restaurants which were recommended by the hotel. Extremely convenient to find with plenty of secure parking & good public transport connections. The rooms are comfortable & amazingly quiet due to the innovative design. Some have been recently refurbished. The breakfast is extremely good value with plenty of choice.
The entire facility has been well looked after, tidy, well decorated, organized.
The bedrooms are amazingly clean as soon as you enter the room you can tell the rooms, toilet, bathroom & bedroom are extremely clean. I have stayed in many hotels and this is the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in.
The staff are very friendly, polite , helpful & made us feel very welcome.

The location is perfect for our travel, close to restaurants and shops. Very quiet hotel at night. Breakfast is nice, complete and fresh. Even new hot coffee in the morning. And a very friendly and helpful staff.
The hotel was near a commercial center where you could do shopping and have places to eat. It was very close to the highway but quiet. The bed was comfortable and clean.
