Location is excellent for accessing Troyes old town with it's bars, cafes and restaurants. Rooms were nice and clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
Big plus point for us is a secure underground car park and secure storage for the bikes.
Breakfast was good.
The Mercure Troyes Center occupies a former factory located 500 meters from the historic center of the city. The hotel has just been completely renovated and offers a chic and cozy decor.

Hotel has had a refurbishment and they have done an amazing job. The bar and restaurant areas were first class and the quadrangle outside were lovely spaces. Our room (we had a junior suite) was top-notch both in terms of finish and figments, and it was amazingly clean with a great shower. The bed and pillows were very, very comfortable too.

The staff was marvelous and so nice to us. We arrived late, just before they closed for the night, and were ready to wait for us. They told us not to rush and that they would wait if we were running late. The room was perfectly located as we had our dog so easy access to the green space outside. The room was spacious, immaculate and the beds very confortable. The breakfast was delicious with homemade cakes and fresh special bread. They exceeded our expectations, very good value for money hotel.
Our room was a very good size with two double beds and perfect for our family of 4. Beds are extremely comfortable. Easy check in and out and the staff are always so helpful. Quick dinner next door you can walk to and hotel gets a discount. We always stay here while in transit and while we didn't have the breakfast this time, it is good and last I remember (before covid) the owner makes a gorgeous homemade cake!
Adequate budget room with some extras like a kettle. Restaurant (la petite table) next door was good with a varied menu and pleasant staff.A good faux filet with chips was 25 euros.
Intermarche petrol station and supermarket in road behind the hotel was good for restocking for the journey.
We were heading back from South of France. This was a convenient location to break up the journey. Check-in was nice and easy, and the hotel responded to my contact about our check-in time. Overall, it is good value for a stop off, just off the motorway. Plenty of facilities nearby.

Near motorway hotel, with adjacent rooms in two blocks motel style. On site free parking and quiet even though near a motorway. Restaurant adjacent but not part of the hotel is well worth a visit.
Everything. Great hotel. Very calm. Friendly staff too. Great for a one night stopover for a drive up to Calais. Good value for money. Stayed here before too a couple of years ago.
