Staff friendly good facilities & perfect location for the town
La Villa Les Mots Passants is an atypical property located in Normandy in the centre of Cabourg, just 700 metres from the beach and 25 km from Deauville.

It was very comfortable, was by a road, but couldn't hear a thing. Breakfast smelt wonderful, but didn't partake.
On average, 3-star hotels in Cabourg cost £79 per night, and 4-star hotels in Cabourg are £212 per night. If you're looking for something really special, a 5-star hotel in Cabourg can on average be found for £385 per night (based on Booking.com prices).
Cabourg is a real holiday town and very popular. Consequently, it is very busy in August, so bear this in mind if you are not keen on crowds. There are numerous restaurants catering for a variety of tastes but you need to pre-book at the most popular ones, to avoid disappointment. The beach is big and wide and very clean. There are several car parks but if you are visiting for the day, plan in advance.

Very pretty and friendly town with beautiful flowers everywhere. Plenty of parking. Lovely Normandy architecture, lots of gorgeous shops, great bars and restaurants where the food never disappoints. Massive beaches with a 5km promenade where you can watch the sunset every night as they are more beautiful every night. Cabourg is easy to get to especially from Caen/Ouistreham (25 minutes:away).

Cabourg is not a big city, but very nice, quiet, and with many activities around ! -- well, if there was just a sea side only, it would be already enough to have a great stay ;-)) but there are many historical places to discover, many various activities to try (both for kids and parents), and so many nice different food experiences to try !

A great location, not far from most of the facilities round Cabourg. The balcony was good and ideal in the early evening. The bathroom and bedroom were comfortable. There was an underground garage for secure parking. Just opposite the market. Lift as well as stairs. Plenty of facilities, coffee machine, washing machine, very nice size tv, wifi, fridge with a small freezer box. Electric shutters were great.
The apartment was really close to the beach and has a great view. It was very pleasant with a good balcony area. Cabourg has a lovely beach promenade which is only 5 mins walk from the apartment. Cabourg itself is a charming town with lots to do and plenty of holiday activities. We used it as a base to explore the WW2 landing beaches an cemeteries and was perfect for that.
Very nice and peaceful small hotel near of city center Cabourg. Room was clean and large, everything was working well. Owner Madame Cloette was very friendly and helpful and make great breakfast. Absolutely recommendable for some days visiting in nice Cabourg.
