Excellent breakfast with fresh juice and croissants. Central location in Montsoreau near the chateau with an easy walk to the river and the centre of town. We had dinner in the restaurant which was exceptionally good. Pleasant friendly staff. Free parking in the hotel grounds was welcome.

A very quiet and peaceful area with easy access to Chinon, Saumur and Bourguiel and a wonderful winery about 700 meters (Colombier) from the property. The markets in Chinon (Thursdays) and Bourgueil (Tuesdays) are well worth visiting.

Quiet, small town with a supermarket and boulangerie close to Chinon and other Loire attractions.
Advantages - it's rural, peaceful and the Vienne river is nearby too, plenty of scope for bike rides and tranquility.
Disadvantages - you need a car to go to most places, including eating out. There isn't much in Beaumont, so think Chinon (10 min drive / 30 min walk) or Saumur (30 min drive) for more attractions.

Wonderful place! IT is located in the quiet , charming village, among the vineyards. The building is very old with a long history. Room was spacious, well furnished, with amazing old fireplace and very comfortable bed. IT is clear that the host pays a lot of attention to all decor details.
This hotel is also accustomed for cyclist. There is a well equiped, secured bike storage.
The Hotel is well placed for a short stay between Chinnon and Saumur. It is modern and a night very quiet. The stuff is very friendly and the rooms are big.
