The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The reception staff were extremely helpful when we enquired regarding best places to eat in the town. The hotel was situated perfectly to visit the town.
The Mercure Troyes Center occupies a former factory located 500 meters from the historic center of the city. The hotel has just been completely renovated and offers a chic and cozy decor.

We've stayed before but the hotel has gone downhill. Rooms are looking tired. Food in the restaurant was very poor.
Its still a handy location though for an overnight stop off on your travels through France, but nothing more. We'll look to find somewhere else next time.

With a toddler, dog and want of good internet, we have stayed at more than a few hotels near Troyes (the midpoint between our frequent journeys). This has been the only so far to combine all necessities; space for dog to run, extra bed for toddler (not cot or bunk bed) and decent internet access. The pancakes at breakfast were excellent and room service for dinner was served very quickly and tasted good :)
Nice simple roadside hotel with plenty of eateries and fuel stations around. Good stop off for Brits driving south from Calais. Secure car park at night. Contactless check in via the machine was ideal.
Adequate hotel to stop over en route to the alps. Dog allowed to stay too. Breakfast was nice.
Kids enjoyed the mezzanine with separate beds for them.
Short walk to KFC and a steak restaurant.
Clean & Comfortable hotel rooms, very good breakfast and great value (children's breakfast was for free), 24h reception and nice staff. It was great for our overnight stay on our way to Paris.
