This stay more than exceeded our expectations. The staff was just wonderful, from the owner, reception, all the way to the breakfast attendants and housekeeping. They all accommodated any of our needs and extra requests while always having a smile on their faces. This is how customer service is done! The breakfast selection and quality at the hotel are excellent. We travel a lot for business, and this is comparable to a 4star breakfast. The rooms were extremely clean, quiet, private and come with a beautiful balcony. Can't ask for more.
The staff was friendly and helpful, easy check in. We had a room that was basically the size of small apartment. All facilities worked as expected and there was a restaurant nearby with delicious food and very friendly staff. Regensburg is a short drive away and there is a small lake next to the hotel, perfect for a pleasant walk.
We stayed at the hotel a few weeks during this year’s Europe trip, and will return next year again. Friendly staff and management, very clean, big balcony, spacious light rooms, stress free location with free parking, and there’s a very good restaurant on-site. The breakfast buffet is another big plus!
Great place, first hotel I have been to that was set up for 2 people coming into the room - a luggage rack for 2 pieces. Not the standard one. Congrats!!!!! Plenty of storage space, nice desk, big room, large bathroom. Breakfast was good.
