Hotel seems rather new, room is spacious, comfortable and very clean. We have picked up the key with the code received and it all worked perfectly. There is a free parking in front and even an underground garage. In the building there is a bakery where you can get quite nice breakfast with normal price. All in all, very good experience.

I feel a bit odd writing this review as my family and I were at the tail end of a long vacation which spanned several countries. Bottom line, this was a one day and done visit - I do wish we could have spent more time here. The area, and the hotel grounds are quite impressive. The little down of Waldeck in the Upper Palatinate is something taken from a post card. The surrounding area is .. well, down right gorgeous.

The location is perfect as it is just in the heart of the city, and the view from the hotel is splendid. The reception is opened 24/7, and it is perfect as the night city life is extremely lively) the room was absolutely spacious, and the bathroom was spotless.

This is an excellent hotel where everything works properly. The evening buffet with drinks included is excellent value, and the breakfast is first class. A little above my usual budget but well worth it.
