This delightful Rheine hotel is steeped in family history and offered us the most comfortable elegant stay with professional staff who were extremely kind and effecient and could not do enough to help our late arrival. They spoke English which was so helpful. Breakfast was exceptional with a wide choice. The rooms were spacious and appointed to a high standard. We stayed in a suite with antiques and a most comfortable King size bed. The hotel is family run with a small team working to a very high standard. Communication by phone was easy. We felt safe. The hotel garden was a fragrant space with Olive , Orange ,Lime and Lemon trees with the old well which the hotel is named after. It is in a quiet area of town easy walking distance from the centre.The hotel offered free overnight parking next to the building.

Everything, fantastic location no traffic, beautiful area,large rooms, all modern and every inch of the rooms and hotel is super clean fantastic restaurant and food. and if your from the US there is a McDonald's and a KFC, just down the road and gas station. you cant ask for a better place to stay
The hotel has a nice garden, parking lot close and nice restaurant (although very silent, some music would make a difference). The room and bathroom was comfortable and the staff was very kind and supportive when I had to change my booking due to changes in the travel plan.
