We only stayed one night as a pit stop to our next destination. The lady at the reception desk was very helpful in suggesting a great spot for supper. The beds were comfortable and the shower a welcome after a long drive.

The restaurant food was excellent and owner was very kind to us. We got Covid in the journey so we needed to isolate in our room. Thank goodness they had a great menu and we were able to order food and bring it to the room. This place is a clear favorite with the locals. It is only about 6-7 minutes to Kaufbeuren center. There was plenty of parking. I look forward to returning.
It is a good hotel for a night stop over. It is clean and well equipped with everything one would need to reenergize and have a good sleep for the long drive the next day. The beds are also comfortable and the shower with a rain shower head is perfect after a long tiring day driving.

The staff was friendly and helpful and their English was wonderful. My room was incredibly comfortable (the best bed I've had my whole trip) and the area the hotel in is beautiful. There is a lift for anyone who needs it. I didn't take breakfast but had a coffee at the cafe and it was delicious.
Really superb hotel. It is perfect for traveling with children since it has a play room adjacent to the restaurant and the restaurant had really good food.
In addition we reserved 2 adjacent rooms and we were able to move between the balconies in which the children really liked.

The hotel is situated in a quiet place with some restaurants/biergartens nearby. The rooms are spacious, clean, and have modern furniture. Good breakfast at an extra cost. We were able to check-in before the standard time thanks to the great staff!

This pretty hotel is just outside the historic area in Kaufbeuren. The front desk is largely unstaffed, so check in is do it yourself. The room was clean and well stocked, breakfast was good. Nice place to stay.
Great cozy property in a small village next to Kaufbeuren. The location is good for exploring the area around the Neuschwanstein castle.
