Really nice hotel, super centrally located, there r restaurants, shopping centre,pedestrian zone like 1 min away. Really nice guy at the reception who can help you with everything, super friendly with great advice (not used to this in germany hehe :-p). I got a free room upgrade which was very appreciated. Impeccably clean, you also get slippers, toiletries, water, everything :-) and there is fridge in the room. Will def come again!

We could have stayed in Heidenheim a *little* (not "much") longer, to see the Roman museum, for example. The reason for the visit was a performance of Tannhäuser at the summer Opernfestpiele. It was very high quality, even though moved at short notice (actually, without any on-site notice at all) from the picturesque outdoor ruined-castle setting to a nearby conference centre. This actually benefited it in terms of acoustics.

A very unique, rare and genuinely solicited experience of tranquility and calmness, away from the smoke and noise pollution; hustle and bustle of cities. It boosted my energies by many folds. Lots of castles and natural attractions within days driving distance.
Nice and welcoming friendly local people willing to smile with you.
The staff at the hotel were really thoughtful and friendly. Despite the extremely warm weather the room stayed relatively cool. The air in the room was fresh and there were no triggering odors (suitable for persons who get migraine easily). Good parking and was easy to come and go with own car. Also it takes about 30 minutes to walk to the center so you might not even need to use the car. Food in the restaurant was really good. Staff speaks English. I can warmly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay there again in the future.

The ECOME Hotel is in an excellent location in Heidenheim. The hotel staff are very friendly are were incredibly helpful when I was checking in after-hours.
- Rooms are comfortable and spacious with large bathrooms and plenty of towels/toiletries
- Televisions are large with a large selection of channels
- Large workspace and comfortable chair
- Balcony area is very useful
Bed was very comfy, bathroom very nice with a nice bath as well. The balcony with the view and in the sun was a nice welcome. Breakfast was good. Very nice that we could charge the car on the premises as well - but keep in mind that you just have to have normal payment method for this. It's not included in hotel price.
Room was very spacious and comfortable, though no air conditioning. But we only had one really hot day. Breakfast buffet was nice with both an indoor and outdoor area. The hotel accepts pets, important to us with a small dog. We had a small outside area that looked out on the castle on the next hill.
it was a beautiful hotel close to the Schloss and a short walk to the centre of town.

Also, the leisure center is not part of the hotel but they offer complimentary passes (except sauna). The leisure center is absolutely fantastic!
Breakfast was excellent, lots of variety for all tastes. Beds were comfortable and room was quiet. Plenty of parking at the hotel. Staff were very friendly.
