Great that an early check in was available via the check in PC. Very friendly staff and room was very clean. It animated us to look at their other properties.
Not a criticism but a comment. We were on the third floor and to enter and leave the lift 2-3 steps had to be taken. Not ideal for people with restricted mobility.
Breakfast was self service which we like and everything available from hot to cold. If you had baked beans that would have been exceeding expectations.

We ended up in this little pearl of a home brewing inn only 4 km from the A7.
Verry tasty wellmade traditional german kitchen food. served in a cosy little retsaurant.

Nice and friedly owner! The hotel is nice, rooms are new, clean. The hotel is located in smaler village, the evening were really calm. The owner fullfilled all of our expectations, even when the restaurant was closed, we could order day before a dinner and drinks. It was really 10/10.

Small, regional town but good facilities, easy access and, as well as the Steiff (teddy bear) attraction, was also very good for walking, cycling and other countryside attractions/activities. Not far from Stuttgart and well worth considering for a relaxed or activity-focussed stay!

Hotel is located right next to the motor way so makes a good stop to spend the night on road-trips.
Self checkin makes easy access to rooms and parking is available.
Rooms are spacious and well equipped, including cooking utilities.
Besides the gas station and McDonald’s that are located next to the hotel, there is also a very good sports bar with good food and bowling/darts/billiard. There is also a casino nearby
The hotel is in a quiet location. As it was our second time there, we knew what to expect: very spacious and clean rooms, and a good parking. Still a nice place for a stopover on the visit to Legoland (or Steiff Museum), or for a business trip accommodation. A very nice restaurant with plenty of selection for the breakfast buffet - pretty untypical for that sort of non-touristic hotels.
The staffs are surely the treasure for this hotel. they are super helpful and friendly. The overall facilities are quite old fashion but adequate to use. we had a long day when we arrived, not only we had a very nice dinner in their restaurant and also we could still use the wellness for free in the same night.

We had a perfect time at the hotel. The staff is amazing, the breakfast is excellent. All was clean and new. If you want to have a perfect stay choose Stadthotel Giengen. We had a great room. Also our 4 year old son said that the room looks amazing.
PS: Staiff museum is close and it is a great experience.
The rooms were big and comfortable, we were offered a bigger room where we had a huge bed + a very good sofa bed, it was a great choice! Hotel was clean, parking outside we always found a spot. We visited Legoland and the lovely Teddy Bear museum Steiff. We loved it and would stay there again.
The rooms are very newly renovated and very clean. The restaurant, while not owned by the hotel, was exceptional. The area it is in is very quiet but only a short walk to the city center.
