I like almost everything about this hotel. The location is an uphill walk but you have an exceptional view of the castle, day and night.
The staff are friendly and accommodating. Breakfast buffet is wonderful. The rooms are clean, and beds are comfortable to sleep on.
It is my second time here and I think if ever I go back to Wernigerode, I'd still choose this hotel. :)

Fantastic room in the annex, excellent facilities, including guest only parking spaces, a kettle and a fridge in the room. All of the staff were amazingly helpful with advice for day trips and the owners spoke really good English, which was a bonus for us.
