The room was very tastefully decorated and very clean. The location was excellent, very near both the river and the old town. The staff were all very pleasant. We enjoyed our stay.
The hotel was very clean and modern. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is in the suburbs, but right by a streetcar stop that takes you into the center of the city in about 10 minutes. They explained the streetcar schedule and how to purchase tickets.
When we had to change our travel plans at the last minute because my husband didn't feel well enough to fly, they extended our stay and even printed new boarding passes for our new flights.
We would definitely stay here again.
Hotel is in a very quiet residential area in Dossemheim, close to Heidelberg. There is a tram station right outside the hotel. The hotel serves a very good breakfast, fresh ingredients and sustainable table ware with spacious area and kids friendly. Breakfast might be a bit expensive, but again it is good quality. There is a bakery nearby. Check in can be done easily on a screen after 9:30.

My friend got a room with view to the back and has a balcony, which is really great. Good wifi connection. Plenty of parking available. It‘s the best hotel we have in Dossenheim atm.

Our room was much bigger than we expected. There was also a fridge in the room which was a great help. All in all the feeling in the room and hotel in general was very good. Staff was helpful yet relaxed and there was plenty of parking space around the hotel.

Hotel was nice, cosy and quiet as it is placed in a side street. Checkin at 6 p.m as requested worked perfectly fine. Room with bathroom was clean. Outside of Heidelberg, 5 km away from the DKFZ, can be reached by car or tram.
Excellent hotel in Dossenheim with comfortable room and bathroom. The roof top bar is a great addition on a summer day. Friendly staff and ideal for the tram to Heidelberg. The hotel was better than we expected!
We did not receive an entrance code in advance and had difficulties to enter the hotel on our arrival in the evening. Since we were not prepared for that we felt quite uncomfortable.
We were in Dossenheim for my daughter's wedding, and the staff bent over backwards to be helpful with, for example, an ironing board and iron, and other support.
Clean, large room. Good breakfast. Easy check in. Good communication with the hotel reception staff. Very good value for the money. Would definitely recommend.
