The shower was very warm and strong, and the bathroom very clean. Towels and flannels were provided along with cups.
Our family had an amazing and relaxing stay at Hotel Kaiser. Parking and checking in went fast, and the room was spacious enough even with small kids. I usually get stumped by how to configure the airconditioning, but the system here was straightforward and the A/C worked flawlessly. There are 2 bakeries less than 2 minutes away from the hotel, in case you want a quick bite or breakfast. It was also good that we simply could walk to the many restaurants and wine shops offering the local wines.
The hotel staff were excellent with us. We managed to leave our wash bag behind when checking and once realising the mistake I contacted the hotel who then sent it onwards for us via DHL. We had a superb dinner the night of our stay in their restaurant and it’s probably the most dog friendly hotel we’ve ever stayed in. Our room had a lovely view and dog walking was straight out into the forest! I can highly recommend this gem of a place.
It is attached to a restaurant and the food smelled AMAZING. We had already eaten for the night dang, it smelled good! My family of 5 was separated into 3 rooms. Two rooms were joined by a main door but all had their own keys. The third room was on a different floor and that was a little uncomfortable for me. Otherwise, the rooms were nice and had everything we needed. There is a bakery RIGHT in front of the hotel for breakfast.
Quiet room location with plenty of space. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was large. Breakfast buffet was very, very good with plenty of choices. Restaurant at hotel was affordable with good portions and a friendly staff. Easy access from main street. Check-in and Check-out was fast and easy. Definitely coming back to stay.
Nice small hotel close to Heidelberg in a quiet area. The room was clean and comfortable. The family running the hotel are nice and friendly people. Breakfast was delicious! I would recommend this place and will stay again if travelling in this area.
The staff was really helpful staying late to check us un way past the closing time. Really appreciate that. We were given a nice apartment in a sister hotel in the middle of Heidelberg that looks like a great area.
The restaurant was closed, but they still prepared a simple meal for us, which was great, as we were travelling with an old dog, that we did not want to leave alone.

Clean room excellent beds. Just 5 minutes of the highway. Unexpectedly close to woodland area reachable from the hotel premises. We had a nice walk before getting back in the car.
The hotel was exquisite. The rooms were spotless and beautiful. The staff was extremely friendly and kind, couldn’t have been any more helpful. And the restaurant was delicious!
