Absolutely wonderful time spent with the owners Uschi and Rex. Oreo, the family dog, was a great host also. When the weather's cold, the heated floors in the room and toilet is a godsend. Also, no dirty carpets like hotel chains. Perfectly happy stay.

Really pretty hotel with lovely staff. Restaurant was very popular and busy and I can see why as the food was really good, as was breakfast. Very quiet location in a gorgeous area. Good parking.

It is good for one night layover on way to other destinations. You can stay one night and when you check out you can visit the nearby tourist places and the move on to your next destination. You shouldn't spend 2 nights in this place. Not much to see and not much to do. You are better off spending more nights in Switzerland/Austria.

Lovely and peaceful, away from the motorway and the lovely...
Lovely and peaceful, away from the motorway and the lovely church opposite turns off its chimes at night so all is great for a good rest. The food at the hotel engel is fantastic with some tasty vegetarian and vegan choices and the staff are very helpful with good English. Multi language menu very useful as this was first ever visit to Germany. I felt very welcome in this lovely small town. Clean. Peaceful. Friendly.

A good location for a trip to the Schwarzwald, or tot France (Strasbourg!!). Baden Baden is 17 km., a pretty town. Bühl has all you need during your stay, but offers nothing special of fancy. But why bother? Go out for a walk, a ride, or visit Strasbourg. Taste the local wine at the Affentaler winery in Bühl.

Buhl is a small town that is a good spot from which to explore this part of The Black Forest It has some great cycling routes for those who enjoy flat cycle route riding through fields of corn and sunflowers.
Spacious well appointed modern room, and the hotel was located in a quiet suburb. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our dog was welcomed and there were areas in which to walk her. Breakfast buffet was very good and we enjoyed our evening meal at Bistro Henri, though the choice was limited. Convenient on site parking and easy access from the motorway; it was also convenient for a charging stop next morning at the Tesla supercharger near Achern. The hotel has one EV charger on site.
Excellent Hotel. Design was modern and contemporary. Breakfast was first class and luxurious. Also the personal touch and service was the best I have experienced in over 15 years of bussiness travel. Will give 12 over 10 if I could. The extra two points are for the pleasant surprise gift I got on my birthday. A day after I checked in. Attention to service was unparalleled.
The hotel is very close to the railway station and the bus stop for airport shuttle, which is very convenient. The single room was spacious, clean and I particularly enjoyed the tea and coffee making facilities. The self-check-in was fast with no issues. There is a bakery, a supermarket and a DM store nearby, which was perfect for my needs.
Fabulous Breakfast in a very beautiful spot ontop of the hotel. The Host and Hostess were able to allow me to eat breakfast earlier than normal hours on weekends. Lovely, and most delicious. The area is quite nice, very quiet and had great playground, bakery, and a Lidl store nearby. Excellent Hotel/Apartment for travelers with pets/
We had dinner in the restaurant of this hotel and it was amazing. Very nice staff and great choice of wine. We had 5 course dinner and we really recommend it. Also breakfast was nice and plenty of food.
