The owners were WONDERFUL. Kind, helpful, friendly and spoke good English. Other guests had young children and these were well catered for with play areas and activities. Room very comfortable. One of my themes - conventional coat hangers not just in the room but lots of them hanging in the corridors so TAKE THAT! you mean places that have those nasty non-stealable ones. Once again WONDERFUL.

Good localisation. Nice view over the mountains. I appreciate the fact that I was allowed to keep my bike inside the hotel at night.
It is in an excellent location, just below Peklo-Hájenka, from where all the Jizerská magistrála cycling and hiking tracks are accessible. There is a fireplace in front with wood chopped and ready to burn, bring your own meat or sausages to grill on the fire. It is excellent value for money given the location. The view from nearby Devil's Stones (Čertovy kameny) is amazing, especially at sunset.
The staff is super nice and helpful, feels cozy. The hotel is very clean.
Breakfast is rich and plenty with fresh vegetables & fruit, yogurt, bakeries, eggs, sausages...
Having a restaurant at the hotel allowed us more time and flexibility to hiking/travel.
The restaurant has very tasty dishes and in good portion size and price, they were also very attentive to our culinary restrictions.
Wonderful Hotel with beautiful and comfortable rooms and exceptional beautiful view of the forests. The restaurant offers delicious food, we had dinner twice and everything was tasty. We enjoyed the breakfast too, perfect!

it's ideal for weekend with kids: two huge indoor playgrounds, an outdoor playground and a swimming pool. A steam train n the dining room and a playground room there too, which is wonderful idea for a calm parents' eating. Even containers for diapers! It's the most baby and toddlers friendly hotel that we've ever seen!
