The location was great and the apartment was really big and in a closed place. As a plus is the surrounding around our building: green and well managed with heated swimming pool and the whole complex is at the beach. The apartment was very clean and really good. The lady who took care of us was polite and helpful to any of our inquiries.

I appreciate that the complex is kept clean and well maintained even when the profile of the business has shifted from All Inclusive to offering a smaller package of services.
This has changed the profile of the guests coming here and, for what I care, it seems to be better. More locals come here now.
The staff is at the same time polite, doing their job and non-intrusive.
The level of civilization and comfort is just enough for me.

The complex itself it's not new as it was when I first found it, but still not worn out .
When I booked I thought I want to go one last time to see how it survived the pandemics, but now I think it's not going to be the last time.

Some people have remarked that this is not a 5* hotel / complex. Maybe. The services are lacking a bit from what you'd expect at a 5* - see below - however I have been at other 5 star hotels where I paid more and I had an unpleasant experience due to various reasons, while here we could just have a great vacation that felt pretty much within my expectations.

I like the view from the room, the facilities from the spa and the pool. I did't like the attitude of the hotel employees, the beach area in water (the shore was very steep and there were stone in water), the cleanliness of the room.
