The location is great, very close the to beach, one corner away from a local bus stop with buses going to Nesebar or Sunny Beach city centre, but still quiet enough, so cannot hear the traffic that much. The staff is super helpful, they prepared some breakfast package in the morning of our very early departure when had to skip the regular breakfast. That was kind gesture. We had a pleasant stay here, I can only recommend it.

It’s a very large beach with lots of people but you have to pay for sun beds and parasols. We stayed at the north end of the beach which was a little less crowded and a lot quieter. Lots of life guards for safety.

Very clean water and beaches, even when there are lot of people it does not feel crowded. Nesebar is very close it is well worth visiting. When you take a taxi, shop around as there are big gaps in between the quotes.

Overpriced and rising, this includes food, drink, merchandise, clothing etc. ok for maybe 2 days as beach is gorgeous. If you like beer monsters, people trying and trying and trying to encourage you daily to get into their establishments then it’s for you. If you want to have a nice break with a bit of culture and history try sozopol or Nessebar. This place is now sadly overrated and over priced

Pay attention where you park your car, even if it is in front of hotel and for a short period to unload your luggage, the hotel staff will not let you know that your car is being picked up, regardless they do have your phone number and your phone number is displayed in the windshield. In fact, it seems the "Parking Managers" actually have some side hustle with the car picking company.

Touristic place and service is not something that the small shops and wendors were good at. A lot of places did it just feel they they didn't want me there. And a lot of trashy tourists too, one crazyer than the next. The beach was expensive if you wanted chairs and umbrellas but the free places were nice. No beggers, only people selling things at the beach but they did not force anything.
The scammers were the shops that changed money "without commission" but they force you to sign a paper and on the paper it says that it's some procent commission and if you ask why it says no commission they just say that I signed the paper.
And the airport should we not talk about. Never have I ever met more incompetent people. The security check was small and tight with caos and then direct to check the passports. In all thst an angry lady running around changing trash cans and if you don't move she drives you over with it. And in the passport check they don't know the schengen rouls and documents and we're just rude. Never coming back to sunny beach again.
Hotel is placed near to Sunny Beach, just across the main road at 10min walk. Also, if you like long walks, Nessebar is at 35-40min by foot.
We got an apartment with three rooms and two bathrooms, clean and with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Staff was very amiable, but english is not their strong point. The pool was clean and well maintained in a nice garden. There is private place for car as well. Our golden retriver was well received, so I highly recommend this hotel for those who like to travel with their best friend.

The staff is extraordinarily kind and attentive to the needs of tourists, large and clean rooms, quiet both during the day and night. The food is ok, don't expect many dishes at one meal, but the menu changes daily, so you won't eat the same food for 2 days in a row. But it is not a hotel for those which are looking for extreme luxury and sophisticated foods. Distance to the Sea is approx. 1km to walk. Free parking spots into the front of the hotel. Clean pool area with sun chairs and umbrella.
A very nice hotel, a wonderful and helpfull staff. The accommodation was easy and as soon as we arrived. Exemplary daily room cleaning without being disturbed by the housekeepers. Tasty and correctly prepared food, even if you don't have many options. The parking is public and once paid you have the possibility to park anywhere in the Sunny Beach resort based on the voucher. Property is well kept, the food variety and quality is excellent. I have traveled around the world and this property is top 5% of all the branded or family owned hotels I have stayed in. The location on the beach is great. It is quiet at night and you can get a good night sleep. The Black Sea is much better than the Mediterranean or Caribbean - not as hot and humid, almost no waves on most days, clear and calm water.
A very nice apartment - a separate bedroom with a wardrobe, a small living room combined with the kitchen area, a lively bathroom and a nice little balcony. The room had a hair dryer, kitchen appliances such as a microwave and a mini fridge, extra towels and linens, etc. The building had a code / key magnet for entrance, so it felt very safe. The other hotel guests were polite and quiet.
As a hotel-apartment it was a very pleasant experience. We cooked the food and bought the drink from the big stores in the area. I found the apartment very clean but not very well maintained. From the terrace of the apartment, you can see perfectly at Ginger Bar&Dinner, where there are various shows at night. The pool is very clean but the water is a little cold.
Nice apartment in the central-cozy part of Sunny Beach. There was everything we needed. AirCon in both rooms is rare on Sunny beach and a big plus. Nice view and pool area. The accommodation is also a part of another big residence complex, where we enjoyed huge pool area attractions and garden. Attentive host. Very recommended
Parking was cheap and right in front of the hotel. Given how busy it is in the center of Sunny Beach, this was a big plus. Warm welcome and comfortable, spacious room and bathroom! Comfortable bed and pillows, well stocked minibar, perfectly functioning aircon on the plus side. Breakfast is reasonable, don't expect much.
Rooms are very spacious and clean.the food is really good an has a good value for this price..to be honest the food was the best from all "all inclusive" hotels that i've tried before in Bulgaria. The staff was friendly and very discreet. I truly recommend this hotel.
Room was nice, with everything we needed, breakfast buffet with good and enough choices of food, the owner cares about his guests, which is the most important thing. I would recommend this hotel and come back here anytime I will travel to Sunny Beach.
We enjoyed the pool with the water slides, good meal and we liked that the hotel is very close to the beach. It is great that the parking has a lot of space as parking can be a big issue in the larger area like in Sunny Beach for example.
