CABN Clare Valley, hotel in Watervale

CABN Clare Valley provides air-conditioned rooms in Mintaro. The hotel features family rooms. Guest rooms in the hotel are fitted with a kettle.

Love the tranquility! Surrounded by beautiful vineyards (and two wild Joeys 🦘), we absolutely enjoyed the glamping experience. The stary clear sky was also amazing. The location is off-grid yet actually pretty convenient. It's almost next to my favorite winery! The CABN was clean and well-equipped. I was grateful the host did read the previous reviews, and kindly turned the air-conditioning on before we arrived. The cool breeze when we got into the CABN literally made my day.😂

Trevalia Accommodation, hotel in Watervale

Trevalia Accommodation in Penwortham provides adults-only accommodation with a garden and barbecue facilities.

On arrival I felt I had accidentally booked myself a whole quaint little chateau. It was somewhat of a surprise to find a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. There were generous food supplies which were appreciated and lovely little touches like candles. Overall the property was more spacious then I expected. The shower was lovely and hot. The wood fire was lovely and added a cosy feel.

The Watervale hotel is a great dining experience with friendly, helpful staff and excellent food with comprehensive wine list. You must go. Arrive early and sit in the comfortable lounge areas enjoying a pre-dinner sparkling wine or gin and tonic.

We love the location it is in the middle of the Clare Valley close to the Reisling Trail, Crabtree Winery and the Watervale Hotel all of which are great. Mintaro is a short drive with the Magpie and Stump Hotel, which has great food and a very friendly atmosphere, the maze interesting town history and Martindale Hall, which is a must see if you travel to the Clare Valley. The Indii restaurant in Clare is exceptional we would highly recommend dinning there There are kangaroos and heaps of birds at Battunga Cottages so peaceful and relaxing.

Wine & food especially the Watervale Hotel.

Wine & food especially the Watervale Hotel. The use of unique dressings such as berries & honeycomb & local produce to the area complimented meals & was a highlight , something you don’t get in a city restaurant

There was nothing we didn't like, It was as expected. Our cabin was compact, spotlessly clean, and perfect for two of us. The kitchen had a stove if you wanted to cook for yourself. The owners were very friendly and the fresh bread on the morning was a special surprise. Would recommend this accommodation in beautiful Watervale

There was plenty of room, not too close to other cabins.

There was plenty of room, not too close to other cabins. Wildlife was fabulous to see from the windows of the cabin. Always felt safe and looked after without intrusion. A five minute drive from the main street and in the bush so suits those wanting to get away from it all but close enough to enjoy the restaurants and cafes. Food and wine trails are wonderful and the hospitality of the locals makes the Clare region a great place to escape the city. You can hire a bike and cycle around the wine district or drive. So much to do and learn in this beautiful place (and the food and wine aren't bad either!).
