Everything!!! Such a gorgeous place, beautiful gardens, buildings, inside and out.
The staff were amazing, so helpful and friendly. Our breakfast table had a wobbly foot so they straight away fixed it up,

I really enjoyed this place. It is well looked after by David. He made me feel at home and was very caring. The street is very quiet and my bed was very big and the room was excellent.

1. Although the photos on the Bookings website looked alright, the carpet and sofa in the room I stayed in were dirty with lots of stains. Additionally, the bed frame was pretty worn out.
2. The motel allows smoking in the corridors, which is quite annoying because you can smell the smoke when people are smoking outside my room. Moreover, my experience was spoiled by noisy neighbors and the sound of traffic from the nearby highway.
3. The motel is located an hour's drive away from Sydney CBD, so be cautious if you care about the distance.

We stayed in the family room which was spacious with extra room with bunk bed for kids. Room was serviced and some amenities and toiletries provided. The bed for adults was not so comfortable as too sensitive for any movement and would wake a partner. Poor noise isolation. However we found it good value for money.

They could put up a sign saying residents only or something so that people don't drive down into the wrong entry. Had to call reception to find correct driveway she told me people do that all the time.. Ok for a budget friendly stay, guess you can't do much about music blaring from next door until midnight.

Really great holiday park. Our 2 bedroom villa was spacious and very comfortable - with 2 bathrooms - excellent! We were concerned the bunks were a little flimsy - we did not let anyone sleep on the top bunk. The other beds were very comfortable. The Pool was brilliant! Large - 25m- great for swimming laps or playing - and fun diving blocks (low) for kids and adults to practice diving. Disappointed the spa was not available on a weekend and no eating facilities open. Otherwise a great stay. Oh and pet friendly which is great - even as a family without a pet.

Location away from main road with no traffic noise only rural cows an birdsong.
The cabins are very adequate even the cheapest available, a large swimming pool with kid’s pool side by side is excellent for everyone.
Best of all if visiting people in Hawkesbury Hospita, it is only 8 minutes drive away.
Many cafes and restaurants nearby and Maccas only 5 minutes on main road corner with traffic lights enables easy access
