I only stayed one night on my way through the area. It had everything I needed: a quiet, clean room with a comfortable bed and a hot shower at a very reasonable price. A few imperfections and could do with some updating but nothing that bothered me.

Lovely place, people very friendly. Will be beautiful once the river front renovations are completed. Renmark club and renmark hotel both served excellent meals. Such an easy place to get around and little traffic about. Lovely

The boat was absolutely beautiful and the beds were comfortable. Clear instructions on how to use items. A wonderful view from two of the bedrooms and the balcony. It would be helpful to let people know that there are stairs involved in getting to the boat. The key collection and deposit was easy and the instructions provided by the caretakers were very helpful. The welcome and directions from the caretaker were much appreciated. A wonderful place for a stay, especially if looking to have a restful time on the river. Thank you.

We were only passing through travelling from Perth to...
We were only passing through travelling from Perth to Victoria and wished we'd had more time to explore. Was exciting to see Renmark hosts the distilleries for St Agnes Brandy and 23rd Street gin and whiskey and of course tonnes of wineries.
So much to do on the river as well.
It's on our list to return for a proper explore and we would 100% stay again at the Rivershack Pet Friendly, our dog loved it there having his own little yard.

Such a great town!
Such a great town! Plenty of things to do in town and nearby! River walk is lovely. Locals are always friendly and helpful. Has everything you need in regards to shops but retains its country feel. Highly recommend!

Lovely hotel with different eateries within it from casual to fine dining. Nice swimming pool area, well tended and clean. The room was large with access to the street front and the pool at the rear. The room and bathroom was clean and modern. Would recommend.

Renmark is a beautiful town on the River Murray.

The roses are glorious, along the main street and throughout the whole town.
Meals can be had at the Renmark Hotel both inside and outside overlooking the river and at the Renmark Club which is right on the river. Feels like you could be on a houseboat.
Lovely walk with great walking path along the river too.
A great place for a stopover or an extended stay.
Has a great gin distillery too.
It is so relaxing.

I liked being able to come and go as we pleased we were able to access all the towels and tea/coffee and milk that we needed. The blinds were thick enough to block out most of the external security lights. The room was bigger than we expected the kitchen area had a good supply of white goods. The air conditioner was new and worked quickly. All of this in an older style of room. Being a hotel motel there was always access to the bistro for the evening meals that were absolutely amazing.
I had a lovely stay at the Renmark Country club, My first visit to Renmark, incredibly affordable, ultra comfortable room and bed, lovely staff and to top it all off I had dinner in the restaurant… the best Butter Chicken I have ever had. I will be back.
Some of the negative reviews on here are unfair - the room is simple but incredibly clean and comfortable- has all the amenities and it large and functional- we had a nice stay on our way through renmark
