Convenience abounds with a dedicated laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer, full size ironing board and iron. Secure parking is available in the enclosed garage, with room for one car and additional parking for one out front of the unit. There is also ample parking on the street. Indulge in indoor and outdoor dining, and make use of the dedicated barbecue facilities for memorable gatherings. Stay comfortable throughout the year with ducted reverse cycle air conditioning in every room. Additional amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine, premium toiletries, and more. You may bring your pet. They can stay indoors as long as they are completely supervised, and DO NOT get onto any furniture or beds. There will be a fee that can be settled privately.
