I enjoyed what I saw , lots of shops for different varieties, lots to pick where you would like to eat , everything is easy to get to ( I would suggest a map of where different shops that people might like to go to , I wasn’t there there for a look around Orange , but had to go to the post office & couldn’t find it .. till I went to the information place & got a map to help me find my way around , they light up the main streets at night which looked amazing & welcoming .. there is lots to see & well worth a trip there & discover the wineries produce & the knowledge of Orange

Orange is a lovely country town with lots of historical and architecturally interesting buildings and the faint smell of 'old money'. Beautiful in autumn. Lots of pub and restaurant options, wineries etc. Duntryleague is a wonderful golf course if you can get on.

We enjoyed the town, the wineries were lovely, although some don't open during the week, that was disappointing.
People were very friendly, knowledgeable and made our stay very relaxing and enjoyable.
Lake Canobalas was beautiful, child friendly, lovely cafe and lovely place to walk and relax.
Richard our taxi driver went above and beyond organising another driver to pick us up later that night as he was finishing his shift. A big thank you to him.
We went to a few restaurants and they were high end and very good.

Tourist information centre excellent very helpful staff.
Tourist information centre excellent very helpful staff. Toured some of the cellar doors. Travelled to Cowra which was well worth the visit. Also the Ophir Gold where gold first discovered in NSW. Orange central to lots of places of interest. Large town with everything you need. The Ex Services Club excellent for meals.
It was a last minute booking after I'd got the wrong dates for my previous booking :( Check-in was quick, the room was small but fine with an ensuite. It's an old pub so don't expect luxury but the rooms are clean, the bed is very comfortable and it was generally quiet. There is a bistro downstairs for meals (but no breakfast) and a lounge area to sit in near a fire. On the whole it was perfect for a solo traveller for a one night stay. Easy walking distance from the railway station and the art gallery.
Located out of town, with nothing but the sounds of birds. We all enjoyed going for walks, seeing different bird life and kangaroos. The Overseers cottage was well furnished with all that was required for a comfortable warm stay. The wine tasting was fantastic late in the afternoon with the sun setting and the views over the vineyard. all questions before arriving were quickly answered with no hassle. We would return here without a second thought.
My stay at Camelot was a truly wonderful experience. Julie is a great host and have stocked the accommodation with the most exquisite breakfast provisions. The location of the accommodation provides for a perfect view of the night sky on a clear night. Julie goes out of her way to ensure you have a comfortable and memorable stay. I highly recommend Camelot and will definitely stay again on my next visit to Orange.
It's all about location - fabulous views, kangaroos feeding in the morning and very peaceful. The cottage was lovely and well equipped. A good continental breakfast was included, and a bonus bottle of the winery's wine. An easy drive into Orange for shopping, restaurants etc. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms + extra shower & toilet, so a great option for a family or 2 couples.
The Royal Hotel Orange is in a good central location in town and boasts a large open plan bar. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful at all times, and although the room was small, well aged and very basic, it was clean and I had a reasonable sleep. Looking forward to seeing it after the major refurbishment planned in the near future.
Really pleased with my accommodation. Excellent facilities and the price was so reasonable. The water pressure and temp in the shower was great too! Ideally located in centre of Orange. I felt safe and secure and comfortable.
Stylish and modern hotel located on the outskirts of town, but close to the main public and private hospitals.
Restaurant offered fine dining, but is rather expensive. Set breakfasts, included in base rate, were excellent.
Nice and cosy room with all the amenities that you would expect. It is in a working winery but all the staff were extremely friendly and willing to chat and answer any questions. The wine is also very good.
Breakfast supplies a lovely surprise and the apartment very convenient to the gorgeous Cook Park and the centre of town. Many pubs and RSL for meals. We had a perfect stay at Orange. Many thanks.
Beautiful hotel, loved the different pop of colours used in the decor. Great location in Orange. Breakfast was also lovely held at the front of the hotel, with beautiful views of the front yard.
the property is being renovated in stages, with excellent results.
the location is Central to the Orange CBD.
Tesla destination chargers are a great inclusion at this Motel.
Very well located in the heart of Orange.
Really close to great dining and shopping.
Bed was comfortable and room surprisingly quiet even though overlooked the beer garden
Excellent location, friendly staff and an overall great stay for the price. Bed was super comfy and the pub was a good place for a drink before exploring Orange.
From the moment we arrived we were blown away with this amazing hotel. Everything was above and beyond. Definitely going back there and highly recommend it.
