I recommend this motel, it is clean, quiet, comfortable in the heart of town and good value. The Managers are wonderful. Guests can use the kitchenette & dining area on the large verandah on the first floor with views of the Main Street. Convenient to a 24 service station selling food & essentials. I will definitely stay there again.

Mudgee was beautiful.
Mudgee was beautiful. Wineries were very busy (we were there for the long weekend) so bookings for wine tasting & lunches were essential. Chinese restaurant at Golf club was AWESOME!! Club Mudgee (RSL) has lovely food also and very reasonably priced. Didn't get to do a lot of shopping because lots of shops were closed on the long weekend. Bakery was also very good.

We really enjoyed our stay in Mudgee.
We really enjoyed our stay in Mudgee. There were nature walks and sculpture walks. We had a quick look around the art gallery that had a great exhibition. The old station and art centre were very interesting. We did have good weather so took advantage of being outside a lot of the time. Several cafes and coffee shops. A great place to visit for a few days.

Mudgee is a short drive from Sydney and a great weekend away. There are a range of dining and accommodation options to choose from. The reason we repeat visit this region is for the wineries, definitely worth a visit.

Mudgee is a great country town with plenty to offer. you could go there for a night or a weekend and it won't disappoint you. Plenty of boutique accommodations and great food options. Wineries are the highlights. I loved the stay,.
As soon as I walked into the property it radiated warmth and relaxation. The reception staff were so friendly and welcoming and knowledgeable about the area. The room was next level comforting and relaxing, the bed was luxurious and the selection of local wine was heavenly and so close to all the local restaurants and bars and a newly renovated hotel across the road.
I stay in a lot of hotels and accommodation for work and this is one of the best I've ever stayed at, I will be back for a personal trip next time.
Wow - what a lovely place to stay in beautiful Mudgee. So well appointed. So close to the centre of town and had the best burger I have had in a long time at the adjacent Paragon Hotel. Very clean and cosy and would have liked to stay longer. The owners have made sure that guests have a memorable stay and follow up checks on how we were enjoying our stay were appreciated. My wife and I just loved Mudgee, its beautiful buildings and parks and the local wines.
Very clean, lots of parking, large shower and plenty of hot water. Of special note: excellent lighting making reading anywhere, including in bed, a breeze - so rare to get good lighting in hotels/motels these days as mostly rooms are annoyingly dim. Weather was cold and damp outside during our stay but room was cosy all night - we left reverse-cycle heating on overnight. V comfortable bed, linens and towels. Generous assortment of toiletries.
I was traveling for work, over nite mid week stay. Good rate.
Staff were great, had me booked in no time. I booked room with on suite, comfortable & very clean.
Good list of beers on tap in the hotel section, comfortable space to sit and relax for a couple.
On site restaurant serving quality & enjoyable Chinese food, attentive staff.
Rooms were located upstairs, hardly noticeable noise from below.
Will book again when in Mudgee
The space provided in our room, the Generals Den, for our 3 night stay was fabulous. It was really convenient to have a separate bedroom and living/kitchen area. The bed was extremely comfortable and there were plenty of power points to charge our devices. The staff were helpful and friendly. The motel is conveniently located close to a supermarket and a number of hotels and Club Mudgee.
Location location location. Ningana Hotel is perfectly situated close to all amenities within walking distance in Mudgee. Highly recommend staying here. Excellent customer service and it truly has that regional community feel. Everyone is so nice and lovely. Great Regional Trip. They also have heritage homes for larger families. Best place to stay in Mudgee
I love the set out of the room, super clean and well attended. The feel of the hotel and the general location in regards to proximity to the town center are perfect. There is a great restaurant downstairs and other good eateries close by. The staff are helpful and instructions clear cut.
Highly recommend! The place was well kept, clean, tidy and very spacious.
The stand out was the service, Bridget & Phil ensured our stay was comfortable, relaxing and indulgent - with their in-house massage, cooked breakfast each morning, personal winery tour. It made our stay in mudgee!
The property was conveniently located to the main part of Mudgee. All restaurants and cafes were in easy walking distance. The apartment was well appointed with lots of nice touches such as quality hand soap, shower gel and shampoo/conditioner.
Cottage was cool on arrival as hosts had put air conditionaing on, there was milk margarine and condiments for breakfast. Cottage located central to shops and restaurants everything was excellent.
