Country hospitality. Easy to find and close to town. The owners were very helpful. Everything we needed was there. Like the full length mirror and the breakfast packs.
Very clean and neat. Considering it’s on a main road, surprisingly there is very little road noise. They said the windows are double glazed and door is extra thick and it worked!

Very clean and comfortable room close to the main road but surprisingly very quiet - very friendly and helpful manager. Location within walking distance of all amenities.

Given there is such an underrated amount of history in Cowra, it is important you visit the POW Camp site near the Japanese Gardens. The Camp site is an open space with a voice over sounding frequently. It gives you such a good background of the events that occurred there. If you have time, there is also a walk through the heritage listed place also. Japanese Gardens are a beautiful place. Definitely spend the extra $2 to feed the carp! The cafe is a little on the average side and if you visit on a weekday, there is a lot more of the town and shops open.

What me and my family really loved was the Japanese Garden and its Cafe. The Cafe was great as well as the exhibit gallery. The town was peaceful, quaint and charming. Unfortunately it wasn't spring yet so the cherry blossoms weren't in bloom yet.

Cowra has a very interesting history and would definitely have stayed a few more days if we could have. A friendly town with friendly locals. Had a nice meal at a local hotel and the motel we stayed at was excellent.

Not much to do in Cowra besides visiting the Japanese Garden and the former WWII POW campsite which can be done within half a day. A good place for a short stop but not much else to do there. There was an interesting hologram show at the Visitor Information centre about the Japanese POW camp breakout, the staff at the centre were very friendly and helpful too.

For those interested in the Cowra Prison Outbreak and the history of the area, this is a great place to visit. The Japanese Gardens are a beautiful place to visit. Cowra is a good place to reflect upon our history in relation to WWII and the positive relationship with now have with Japan.
The Hotel Manager (Jan) was extremely helpful from organising an early check in, to booking taxis for me. And when it looks like there was going to be a delay on the taxi Jan offered to drive me herself. Exceptional service
The motel room was large, very comfy bed and lovely high pressure shower with plenty of hot water. What more could you want.
Great location great value for money, staff where fantastic friendly and informative. Room was a great size, bed was comfortable and cleanliness was excellent 👌 👍
Would happily stay with again and recommend to anyone looking for accommodation in Cowra NSW
Driving from Sydney first time visit to Cowra. It was winter and we welcomed the VERY comfortable bed and warm shower. It was a simple, tidy and clean room which could sleep 3, even though only 2 of us. Very easy to find and arrival time was not a problem.
