As a conventional 4-star hotel it performs well; room was spacious and well kitted out. Staff were attentive and helpful. Breakfast was adequate apart from a noisy juicing machine which should be removed. Café/dining facilities were competitive.

The property is located in the hills in a nice quiet place with panoramic views.
We booked a 40 m2 quadruple room, very large and bright with a nice balcony with panoramic views.
The pool area is delightful, large and very private.

The lake itself is beautiful and there is a bike path going...
The lake itself is beautiful and there is a bike path going all the way round (about 20 km) which makes a really nice way to explore. There are lots of cafes and restaurants as you travel around. We were able to get there easily by train from Villach.
Most of the lake frontage is taken up by private property but there are a few public access points with jetties and parks. I think swimming in the lake would be good although it was a bit cold for us to try.

We enjoyed the special room concept (artsy) as well as the breakfast concept (you'd go "shopping" with a basket at a little indoor market that the hotel set up, then have your breakfast in your room/your room's balcony). The view from the balcony onto the lake was amazing. We also enjoyed the spa/sauna area and the staff was very friendly and helpful, too.
We were very happy with the breakfast. The choice is very varied. I would especially praise the TOP quality of the food. The lady who prepares the breakfasts was extremely helpful and kind. I like the concept of breakfast.
The location of the hotel is good. We enjoyed the sauna by the lake, which also offers swimming in the icy water of the lake.
The hotel is much more beautiful than the description on the site. The services are wonderful. The breakfast is varied and excellent. As for the staff, it was the best ever. I did not have it in all my travels, even in five-star hotels. A wonderful and cooperative team that strives to serve the customer in the best way.
Very nice hotel, friendly staff, good breakfast. We arrived with flowers and they gave us a large vase. The hotel hosts theme nights. We got to the evening of Italian cuisine. nice beach with enough space for everyone. The rooms are quiet even though the windows face the road

This is an excellent hotel. The restaurant was open for dinner and we had an awesome meal. Breakfast was also great. Room had great view and very comfortable. Staff super helpful. Highly recommended this lovely hotel.
Everything was excellent, spacious app, excellent breakfast, pool and sauna, hotel offers a garage, great location, 10 min away from the Kanzelbahn, 20 min from Villach, close to the autobahn.
Room was quiet, with a view of the lake and the fields nearby. Like a postcard. Service was another highlight, authentic friendly, not the trained-friendly so often in big hotels.
