What a beautiful location, the mountains are absolutely stunning at this time of year (late September to early October)
The hotel and village were pretty quiet as I didn't go in the ski season, but I was made to feel really welcome by the hosts.
The room was spacious, clean, and well appointed, I particularly loved the powerful shower, especially after my long drive.
The food was absolutely delicious with very generous portions, and the BEER was amazing, I bought a case locally to take home to the UK, unfortunately most of it didn't make it back, I couldn't help but drink it...lol

Königsleiten is a small village in the alps which is perfectly located if you like walking, hiking or mountain biking. There is also a damn nearby where you can do all sorts of water sports.
There are several nice restaurants , Cafés, Jausenstations and also a local supermarket.
Very nice overall experience. The hotel staff are very friendly and nice. We were a little bit too early to check in, the lady at the reception let us wait at the terrace with a glass of Prosecco (free of charge) the waiter was very friendly and welcoming. We directly felt super welcome and treated special. The hotel is very nice located. Furthermore the complete experience was great (I have high standards) and we had such a relaxing time. I would absolutely recommend this place and would stay again.
The location of the property is highly valuable. You get up and have Hohe Tauern just in front of you. There is also a lift 100m far from the property that will take you up to the Konigsleitenspitze where you can enjoy magnificant sceneries. You are also close to the waterfalls in Krimml and the arrival from Wald im Pinzgau is adventure itself🙂. The last but not least is great booking management by the owner/property manager.
We booked two double rooms with half pension for 7 nights, a ski trip, garden view.

Good sized rooms with storage for ski equipment. Storage for skis and ski boots inte the basement, and the Dorfbahn is a 1 minute walk from the entrance to the ski storage. Cozy bar/restaurant in connection to the hotel.

Beautiful location, close to the cable car, ideal for both hiking and skiing. Beautiful view from the rooms, large spacious rooms. Restaurant directly in the building, problem-free parking. Quality wellness will help you relax and regenerate after a long day. The hotel provided a free summer "ski pass", which could be used, for example, on the cable cars in the area.

The hosts gave a warm welcome and surrounded with care. The great mountains, the lake Gerlos, the Krimmlins waterfalls, it was fantastic. Every day we hiking.
The perfect location for a group of friends. It's a roomy house with a beautiful landscape from the balcony.
Konigsleiten is a small and quite town, there is not much in there but it's not far from lots of attractions for tourists.
The staff was always friendly and helpful!
We spent a weekend in the Fall hiking amidst snow capped mountains and looking down on a sea green lake. Can't wait to return to this gem of a family run hotel with restaurant serving gorgeous breakfast with full mountain views.
The hotel is very well located, offers great facilities with a pool and little wellness, and very good cuisine. We were upgraded so the room was spacious with a bath tub as an amazing plus. Breakfast was awesome.
Beautiful apartment with great views. Very comfortably laid out and the kitchen is well equipped. Wonderful that the beds are already made upon arrival , beam cause this is not often the case in Königsleiten
