Property information

The Edelweisshaus enjoys a superb location, high up in Königsleiten, approximately 50 metres from the gondola. The luxury flats are furnished with an eye for detail with a finish of natural materials and each has its own decor and style. Each accommodation has at least two luxury bathrooms, some with a bathtub. The living rooms are furnished with a cosy dining area, a modern kitchen and a comfortable sitting area with TV. On the private terrace there is garden furniture at your disposal on which you can relax and enjoy the magnificent view of the mountains. As icing on the cake, you can use the Edelweisshaus' indoor wellness area (free of charge). You can also use the swimming pool (for a fee) or the wellness area in the neighbouring hotel. There is (free) parking space for at least one car in the garage. Through the reception of the complex you can walk into the heated ski room. Free WIFI is available in the flats. The complex has a lift and a laundry room where you can use a washing machine and dryer for a small fee. Pets are not allowed.

Neighbourhood information

In the winter you can start your winter sport adventures directly from your apartment, the slopes and the 'Dorfbahn' ski elevator are located directly behind the ski-in, ski-out apartment complex for many hours of fun in the snow of the Zillertal Arena ski area. The ski school is within walking distance, ideal for the children or the novice skiers. After a day on the slats your mouth will water at one of the Austrian restaurants and of course the après-ski must not be missed. Would you like to do something different during your winter sports vacation? A visit to Europe's highest observatory is something you won't easily forget! In summer the 'Dorfbahn' ski elevator is open daily from mid-June to early September and takes you up to 2200 meters where you can take beautiful walks through the high Alpine meadows. The Durlaβboden reservoir offers hours of water fun, the water temperature in summer rises to about 21 degrees! Various water sports can be practiced, such as surfing, rowing and sailing. The children can play on the playground next to the lake and there is the possibility to have a barbecue by the lake. But there is much more to discover and do during your summer vacation
