Gold Souks. Unfortunately I bought gold jewellery and received my Certificate to claim back tax at the airport but the seller omitted to tell me that he needed to register my passport. He didn't ask for my passport when purchasing, so when I arrived at the airport I couldn't receive back the tax. I found this a bit underhand. I would still have bought the jewellery without getting tax back but had to queue at airport for ages to be told I didn't qualify.

Our trip to Dubai was great. I definitely recommend to see the burj Khalifa and the fountain and mall.
We also did a private desert tour with dinner I. The desert, this was an excursion of a lifetime! We also did a yacht tour onThe outside of the palm, it was amazing. Definitely recommend! There were not many negatives of our trip, super glad we did the last minute excursion to Dubai.

We only stayed in Dubai for 3 days whilst traveling from Australia to. Europe but now wish we had booked for longer.
Dubai is an absolute amazing clean, friendly and safe place. The people cannot do enough for you and the amount of times we were thanked for visiting Dubai was just astonishing.. The whole place just seems to function seamlessly.
From the outstanding hotels to the sand dune safari and the tour of Dubai was just awesome.
The ruler of Dubai Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum (learned this on the tour) should be praised for governing/ruling a beautiful country.
We will definitely going back to Dubai.

Dubai is a perfect tourist destination for touristy things. A lot to do with children, e.g. big payable playground in Nakheel Mall, the fountain show in Dubai Mall, 148th floor in Burj Khalifa, view of the Palm, Dubai Frame etc. A lot of malls and markets to hang around. Easy to drive around with a rental car, if you have e-sim for navigation. There is a lot to do in-house if the weather is too hot and many places to visit during the winter months with warm weather. The city is very clean!

Honestly I truly believe that this is the best location in the entire Marina. You can be quickly on Sheikh Zayed if you want or use any of the public transportation nearby.
They definitely have the largest and the funkiest pool in the Marina, the staff is amazing.

The location and facilities attached to the hostel are excellent (gym and pool). The residence is secure and the security guards are very friendly and nice. There are a lot of shops, restaurants, and a beach around the residence and the view on the beach is lovely. Dubai Marina and its mall are near and enjoyable for walk.
Location is excellent with Metro and Bus station just walking distance. Taxis are also available. Shopping Mall just underneath the hotel. Breakfast is very nice. Good View. Comfortable room. Dubai Marina is just few stations by Metro. Recommended
Hotel is close to Dubai international airport, which makes arriving for one's flight in time stress free. It is connected to mall with choice of restaurants. Rooms and bathrooms are clean and overall it is good value for money.
I like the fact that it is a small hotel in a low-rise residential area of Dubai but a block from the beach and park. It is central so easy access to downtown or the marina.
